Customizable embedded dashboards and natural language AI queries drive customer analytics

Quantatec, a São Paulo–based SaaS company serving fleet management customers, needed a better way to deliver embedded analytics across its multi-tenant Movias platform. Before working with Cube Dev, its reports were static and hard-coded, custom requests kept growing, and direct database queries for account-specific data were creating unpredictable performance issues and a degraded customer experience.

The result was a major speedup in query performance from tens of seconds to milliseconds, often without hitting the database, plus self-service dashboard customization and a natural-language AI chatbot, Movias AI, built with OpenAI and LangChain in about six weeks.
