VCU Health, a major academic medical center and healthcare system, faced the challenge of deploying an enterprise-wide Epic electronic health record system. CTG provided a full suite of services to ensure a successful go-live. This included legacy application support, hybrid training programs for over 18,000 users, and data migration. Over 1,200 CTG activation team members provided critical at-the-elbow support during the deployment across six hospitals and hundreds of ambulatory centers. The results were a seamless transition to the new Epic EHR system without impacting patient care, driven by the extensive resources and flexible support from CTG.
