CTG Implements Microsoft CRM at Bridgestone to Replace Current System

CTG implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Bridgestone Europe, a subsidiary of the world's largest tire manufacturer, to replace an outdated Salesforce Automation system. The client's challenge was that their old system failed to meet future CRM needs and lacked alignment with their internal IT strategy. They needed a solution that would improve sales efficiency, enhance team collaboration, and harmonize sales processes across their diverse European operations.

The solution involved CTG customizing the Microsoft CRM platform to meet Bridgestone's extensive product structure requirements and integrating it with their on-premise ERP applications using CTG's Azure Framework. A key feature was the addition of the Resco Mobile CRM app, which provided vital offline capability for the sales team. The results gave approximately 800 users across 30 countries a clear, 360-degree view of clients and enabled mobile work, eliminating the need to return to the office for administrative tasks.
