Alpargatas, a global retail company, was preparing to launch a redesigned e-commerce site for its subsidiary Havaianas. The challenge was to enhance the user experience and increase site revenue, requiring a rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaign to validate all site functions. CTG provided a multi-faceted UAT solution, utilizing a blend of scenario-based and exploratory test methodologies executed by professional testers.
