Alpargatas, a global retail company, was preparing to launch a redesigned e-commerce site for its subsidiary Havaianas. The challenge was to enhance the user experience and increase site revenue, requiring a rigorous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaign to validate all site functions. The company turned to vendor CTG for its UAT expertise and We Are Testers™ platform.
CTG provided a multi-faceted UAT solution, utilizing a blend of scenario-based and exploratory test methodologies executed by professional testers. The campaign was managed using CTG's proprietary BugTrapp™ tool for seamless bug tracking. This effort identified and managed 115 bugs across the site. The detailed bug reporting streamlined the post-test phases, enabling the client to confidently launch a high-quality, high-performing e-commerce site.
