Ricoh Canada launched RCloud Services™ Backup and Recovery to give Canadian SMBs hybrid onsite/cloud backup, mobile file access, and secure file sync & share. They faced requirements for fast local restores with cloud failover, end-to-end encryption (with optional key control), low-latency access for remote sites, integration with existing IT systems, and a way to lower the cost and admin overhead of traditional backup solutions.
