Management.

PBS deployed CTERA C200 appliances at customer sites, integrating scanned documents from the Bottom Line system with mirrored NAS storage and automatic cloud replication to AWS over SSL with AES‑256 encryption. Managed centrally via the CTERA Portal with automated alerts, the solution eliminated bulky physical filing, cut operational costs and manual work, and delivered reliable end-to-end data protection and faster recovery for franchisees.
