Spectrum Online Case Study "It Doesn't Happen By Itself"

CSI, a division of Daxko, implemented a SpectrumNG solution for JCC MetroWest, which serves the 10th largest Jewish community in North America across two centers and touches over 50,000 people annually. The organization needed a robust, real-time system to increase online program and class registration.

CSI launched SpectrumNG online registration in December 2005 and supported adoption with targeted tactics—an intermediate login page, direct course links, printed how-to guides, staff training, lobby kiosks, an automatic 5% online discount, and earlier online opening. Online registration rose from 8–10% in early 2006 sessions to 24% overall in Fall 2006, with more than 40% online in many categories; plans to further grow adoption include targeted discounts, mailing login credentials, and additional staff training.
