Saw Mill Sports Management (SMSM) operates five premier health clubs in New York and Connecticut, ranging from 15,000 to 150,000 sq. ft. After more than 30 years on a legacy system that reliably handled payments and records but could not support member management, non-dues services, cost control or the company’s fast growth, SMSM evaluated several vendors and selected CSI (a division of Daxko) to meet its current and future needs.

CSI’s Club Management Software replaced multiple disparate systems with a single integrated platform and was rolled out across all five clubs in two months despite SMSM having no full-time IT staff.
