CSI Media was engaged by Family Holiday Charity, a charity that provides holidays and breaks to families facing challenging circumstances. Their challenge was to create an all-in-one digital solution that would allow referring professionals, such as teachers and social workers, to easily apply for these breaks on behalf of families. The system also needed back-end functionality for the charity's team to manage the applications.

The solution developed by CSI Media was a custom web portal system featuring a referral area for professionals to apply and a back-office admin area built within Umbraco for managing content and applications. This streamlined the entire process, leading to significant results for the charity. Since its launch, the platform has enabled over 5,000 referrers to register, more than 7,000 applications to be made, and over 8,000 families to enjoy a holiday or day out.
