Commonwealth Parliamentary Association boosts pages per session 67% with CSI Media

The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) required a modern website to replace its dated and difficult-to-navigate platform. The CPA Secretariat needed to improve usability and accessibility while adding key functionality, including a Learning Management System, event management, and CRM integration. Following a competitive tender, they appointed vendor CSI Media to design and develop the new solution using the Umbraco CMS.

CSI Media designed and built a modern Umbraco website for the CPA, integrating it with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The solution included a custom LMS for online courses, an event management system with payment gateways, and a member directory. In the 12 months post-launch, CSI Media's work resulted in 371 registered Parliamentarians, a 22% decrease in bounce rate, and a 67% increase in pages per session.
