CSDC Inc configured AMANDA workflows and added 30 users in Growth Management and Public Works so all departments must sign off before a project proceeds, with automatic approval emails and official letters issued when complete. The solution created shared timelines, eliminated parallel, duplicated reviews, and enabled tracking of fees, plans, violations and documents through the application lifecycle—streamlining multi‑department reviews and advancing the county’s AMANDA‑based Land Development Management System for its 1.1 million citizens.
