IGP Pulvertechnik AG, Switzerland’s leading powder‑coating specialist, needed to manage highly complex, multi‑site production — about 12,000 tons in 18,000 batches with roughly 75,000 active recipes across 173,000 items — while eliminating stand‑alone systems, ensuring traceability, and meeting quality certifications as it expanded internationally. CSB‑System AG implemented an integrated CSB‑System ERP (including QLS/LIMS, hazardous‑materials management and the M‑ERP® mobile batch management), linking locations in Switzerland, Germany and France and replacing paper recipes and interface solutions.
