Eisvogel GmbH & Co. KG, a family-run fish wholesaler and retailer, faced growing complexity in managing freshness, inventory and field sales — field staff often could not check stock levels or correct prices when visiting customers. To address this, Eisvogel partnered with CSB-System AG and adopted its industry-specific Mobile Enterprise Resource Planning (M-ERP®) field service solution.

CSB-System AG delivered an SSL/VPN-connected mobile field service system giving sales reps real-time access to inventory, pricing, calendars and online order entry. The solution reduced onsite order-entry time by 1.5–2 hours on average, lowered costs, enabled optimization of inside-sales staffing, improved price discipline and transparency, and ensured reliable delivery promises and easier management control.
