eisberg, a Switzerland-based producer of ready-to-use salads with facilities in Switzerland, Poland, Hungary, Romania and Spain, needed rigorous end-to-end quality control, traceability and centralized procurement across roughly 100 suppliers and multiple sites. To address this, eisberg partnered with CSB-System, deploying its industry-specific software (Quality Management, Mobile ERP, Procurement, Production and Traceability modules) to capture field and receiving data and standardize quality checks.

CSB-System delivered a web-based mobile entry solution for field checks, touchscreen receiving stations, integrated ERP workflows and automatic quality actions (15 tests per item, pallet labels, complaint proposals), giving eisberg visibility of raw-material quality before arrival and seamless batch traceability through production. The rollout now supports about 100 regular users, centralized procurement analytics down to cent-level, is maintained by a three-person IT team, and underpins eisberg’s certifications and supply to major retailers while enabling production of roughly 20 million kg of product per year.
