DiaSys Diagnostic Systems, a Germany-based specialist in clinical chemistry and immunoturbidimetric diagnostics, faced the challenge of fully mapping and centralizing its quality management and traceability processes to achieve paperless, faster access to quality-relevant data. Since 1997 the company has relied on CSB-System as its industry-specific software solution to manage business processes and capture critical test parameters for products such as the CRP-FS reagent.

CSB-System worked with DiaSys to tailor a comprehensive IT solution—covering quality management, document management, production, inventory, procurement, EDI and more—that records acceptable test-value limits and executes predefined test plans, instantly flagging deviations (for example, optical-density tolerances for CRP-FS). The CSB-System implementation reduced paperwork, sped up processes, increased safety and lowered IT administration costs while supporting DiaSys’s operations (160 employees, ~1,500 diagnostic agents produced per day).
