EPC Power, a utility-scale inverter manufacturer, sought to efficiently monetize its newly generated 45X advanced manufacturing tax credits following the passage of the IRA. This process allowed EPC Power to quickly select a buyer and close the transaction in less than 45 days. Through Crux, EPC Power secured a buyer for its 2023 credits and completed a follow-on transaction for its 2024 credits. The successful sale provided capital that EPC Power is reinvesting into a $5 million expansion of its South Carolina operations, creating 150 new jobs.
