HoReCa Service launches WorkInn marketplace with CrustLab, enabling dozens of daily collaborations

CrustLab was hired by HoReCa Service, a Polish company with brands in the HoReCa and event industry, to develop the WorkInn recruitment marketplace web application. The challenge was to build this application from scratch, which required designing for two distinct user groups (employers and employees), creating a recommendation engine, automating complex contract and settlement processes, and ensuring strong SEO optimization.

CrustLab designed and developed the web application, implementing dedicated profiles for employers and employees, a system for posting and applying for job events, and a push notification-based recommendation engine. The solution automated the entire workflow from offer to settlement and contract generation. As a result, CrustLab delivered a fully functional marketplace that facilitates dozens of successful cooperation agreements between users every day.
