L’oréal is Re-enchanting the Client’s Emotional Journey With Digital Signage

L'Oréal sought to enhance the customer experience and re-enchant the emotional journey for clients within its partnered hair salons. A key challenge was transforming the window display into a more impactful and attractive entry point to increase salon traffic. To address this, L'Oréal partnered with the digital signage solutions provider CrownTV.

CrownTV implemented a network of digital displays across 48 salons. The solution included a cloud-based media library for easy distribution of L'Oréal's branded content and two web interfaces: one for centralized network management and another for individual salon autonomy. This digital signage solution from CrownTV contributed to a reported average increase in traffic of 33% and a sales revenue boost of 24% for brands using similar screens.
