Rolls‑Royce, a global power‑systems manufacturer with 39,000 employees in 50 countries, needed to relaunch rolls‑royce.com from legacy static HTML to a CMS and move to a devolved publication model. The key challenge was protecting brand and technical standards and removing single‑point bottlenecks as content editing was distributed to regional teams.
