Santé Discount, part of the Omniphar group and one of France’s leading online pharmacies (over 45,000 products and ~2 million unique visitors per month), faced low customer engagement and retention because content recommendations were managed manually and lacked personalization, limiting the volume and relevance of suggestions across the site.
