Eminza is a French pure‑player in home décor (launched 2011) selling 11,800 products across five countries. Growing to €25M in revenue by 2021, the merchandising team needed stronger 1:1 personalization than their CMS and existing recommender could provide to improve the shopping experience and drive upsell and cross‑sell across country sites and pages.

Eminza deployed Crownpeak Product Discovery to combine AI‑driven recommendations with their own merchandising rules, supported by A/B testing and a dedicated CSM. The solution powers targeted carousels and cart pop‑ups and delivered strong gains: a 106% uplift in sales via cart recommendations, 78% more items sold through cross‑ and upsell on the cart pop‑up, and over 24% of site revenue attributable to product recommendations.
