Mercury Financial, an Austin-based fintech serving more than one million customers, needed comprehensive, scalable protection for its cloud-native infrastructure and customer data. After legacy vendors failed to keep pace, the company sought to consolidate disparate security tools into a single platform that could secure endpoints, cloud workloads and dynamic container environments while supporting rapid growth.

Mercury deployed the CrowdStrike Falcon platform — including Falcon Insight, Identity Threat Detection, Cloud Security with Containers, Falcon Horizon CSPM and Falcon Complete MDR — to gain unified visibility, automated detection, container/Kubernetes protection and “shift-left” security in development. The result: 89% faster threat detection and remediation, an 8x reduction in endpoint agent management issues (remediations fell from ~100 to ~12 per month), coverage of 1,050 endpoints and 550 AWS VMs, accelerated time-to-market and stronger compliance and customer trust.
