BIPO, a Singapore-based HR services provider with more than 2,800 clients in over 100 countries, needed to protect large volumes of sensitive employee and client data while executing an all-digital global rollout. The company sought a standardized, enterprise-grade security solution to strengthen endpoint defenses and support compliance across its expanding multi-continent infrastructure.

BIPO conducted a phased, in-house deployment of CrowdStrike Falcon modules—Falcon Insight (EDR), Falcon Overwatch (managed threat hunting) and Falcon Prevent (NGAV)—across its environment without requiring server restarts. The rollout improved detection and alerting with rich contextual information for faster analysis and remediation, enhanced the company’s overall security posture, and paved the way for broader standardization and integration of CrowdStrike into BIPO’s services.
