GMG, a Dubai‑based global retailer and manufacturer with 120 brands across 12 countries and 500+ stores, modernized its business through rebranding and a major digital transformation. That increased visibility brought a surge in attacks—up to 10,000 malware and phishing attempts monthly—and its legacy antivirus struggled to detect or remediate threats, causing frequent device reimaging, user downtime and operational strain.

GMG deployed CrowdStrike Falcon Complete MDR (including Falcon OverWatch) across 3,500 endpoints to provide 24/7 proactive detection, automated remediation and lightweight endpoint protection.
