Case Study: CoreWeave achieves consolidated cloud-to-endpoint security and zero performance impact with CrowdStrike

A CrowdStrike Case Study

From Endpoint to Cloud, CoreWeave Consolidates Security Stack With CrowdStrike

CoreWeave is a New Jersey–based, Kubernetes‑native cloud provider founded in 2017 that delivers high‑performance, GPU‑accelerated infrastructure for workloads like visual effects and pixel streaming. As the company grew and introduced self‑service signups, its security needs outpaced the in‑house solution: they needed end‑to‑end protection for cloud workloads and endpoints with minimal false positives and zero impact on compute performance.

CoreWeave adopted the CrowdStrike Falcon platform—deploying agents via a Kubernetes DaemonSet and using Falcon Cloud Security, Falcon Insight, Falcon OverWatch and Falcon Spotlight—to gain real‑time visibility and managed threat hunting. The rollout completed in weeks with no performance degradation, a 100x reduction in false positives, hundreds of hours saved annually, no breaches and unified security across endpoints and cloud workloads.
