NBTC (Netherlands Board of Tourism & Conventions) sought to showcase the rest of Holland beyond Amsterdam and needed more authentic, persuasive visuals to drive interest. They wanted to move from stale stock photos to user-generated content but found searching, filtering and requesting rights manually slow and inefficient. To solve this, NBTC turned to CrowdRiff’s user‑generated content platform, using CrowdRiff galleries, social trackers and rights‑management tools.

CrowdRiff enabled NBTC to integrate 137 live galleries on Holland.com, use custom social trackers to surface only Holland imagery, add CTAs linking attractions, and request image rights with one click. The results included tripling time on page, quadrupling click‑through rates and a 29% lift in conversion rates, while dramatically reducing the time previously spent sourcing and managing UGC—proving CrowdRiff’s platform both more efficient and more effective at driving engagement.
