Zalando’s People and Organisation team wanted a quick and easy way to understand how employees felt about their experience at the company and to collect ideas for improving it. They worked with Crowdoscope to gather employee feedback in a more engaging, community-driven way.

Crowdoscope invited a random selection of 600 employees from across Zalando to submit suggestions, rate each other’s ideas, and view responses through visualizations such as nested comment circles and word clouds. The approach gave Zalando a clear community lens on employee experience, helping the team quickly identify the most popular improvement ideas and respond faster to implement changes.
