Unilever launched a Crowdoscope project to explore how included and valued employees felt within the organization. The challenge was to gather and make sense of feedback from a large group of 5,000 invitees in a way that surfaced meaningful insights.

Crowdoscope’s platform used an algorithm to distribute comments evenly, interactive visualizations to encourage participation, and crowd ratings combined with text analysis to identify key themes and areas needing attention. As a result, Unilever could pinpoint groups requiring support and use participants’ suggestions to inform action planning, helping leaders respond quickly to problem areas.
