Unilever used Crowdoscope after its annual Global People Survey to dig deeper into employee feedback and identify practical ways to become a more responsive, consumer-facing company. Crowdoscope provided an interactive platform that let Unilever invite a large sample of 10,000 employees to suggest and discuss solutions to the main issues raised in the survey.

Using Crowdoscope, employees could submit ideas, reply to others, and rate proposals by prioritization and actionability, while leaders could view the most popular ideas instantly. Crowdoscope also organized the ideas by business function to add context and make them easier to turn into action, helping Unilever strengthen the value of its survey with more targeted questioning and a direct employee voice.
