Deloitte used Crowdoscope to support research conducted for a US government agency on consumer and retailer attitudes toward accessing food information. The challenge was to gather reliable feedback from both shoppers and retailers across different shopping behaviors and store types.

Crowdoscope ran three Crowdoscopes, two with consumers and one with retailers, using screening questions and incentives to engage over 1,000 participants. The Crowdoscope platform generated more than 4,500 community-validated responses and 14,000 ratings over three weeks, giving Deloitte actionable insight into how people access food information.
