The carrier’s challenge was to grow an organic base of ambassadors and surface actionable insights from those most likely to spread word-of-mouth.
Using Crowdly, the brand launched a core customer advocacy program that identified and invited high-potential advocates, deployed ready-to-launch survey activations to learn what drives engagement, and rewarded the five most influential ambassadors each month.
