Pipedrive increases localization efficiency, reduces manual work and improves its software development process using Crowdin

Pipedrive, a SaaS CRM used by more than 30,000 customers across 113 countries, needed to translate and continuously maintain its web application as the product evolved. The existing manual workflow—extracting, translating and reapplying translation files—was time-consuming and unscalable, so Pipedrive chose Crowdin (including Crowdin In-Context) as its online localization management platform to support continuous localization and integrate with development.

Crowdin was integrated into Pipedrive’s development process to automate source uploads and translation downloads, enable in‑context UI translation for real‑time proofreading, and give non‑technical teams access to translations. As a result, Crowdin automated file transfer, reduced manual work, improved translation quality and QA, supported nine languages, and helped translate over 500,000 words, making localization faster and easier to maintain.
