The Tenet Group, one of the UK’s largest adviser support groups, runs 100 educational events a year and needed to reduce no-shows, improve attendee engagement, and show sponsors stronger value without adding work for a small event team. It used the CrowdCompass mobile event app alongside Cvent registration to help deliver a better event experience and support its sponsorship goals.

CrowdCompass helped Tenet streamline event operations with an easy-to-use app, in-app session handouts, live polling, surveys, and sponsor tracking metrics. The results included a drop in no-shows from 8–10% to under 2%, 100% attendance at over 70% of events, a 20% increase in sponsorship revenue in the first year, and higher survey participation, while freeing staff to focus on relationships and promotion.
