Virgin Holidays Win at Employee Engagement

Virgin Holidays used CrowdComms’ event app for its “Winners’ Dinner,” a rewards event for top employees that took the group overseas to Florida. The company wanted a way to share itinerary details and create stronger employee engagement, while also encouraging attendees to get to know each other and interact with partners at the event.

CrowdComms supported Virgin Holidays by using the app for pre-registration profiles, a “who’s who?” style game, daily challenges, survey prompts, itinerary updates, and push alerts. The event included about 68 challenges, and the app helped create healthy competition, increase participation, and make the event a talking point. Virgin Holidays said the app drove strong adoption and made the process easy, smooth, and good to understand.
