Two Partners, One Solution, Amazing Attendee Engagement

Australia Post held its eCommerce Delivery Conference over two days in February 2018 and wanted to create stronger attendee engagement around its “Collaborating4Success” theme. CrowdComms worked with Entegy and Australia Post to support the event.

CrowdComms provided an event app with a live newsfeed, session polls, feedback, badge scanning, achievements, leaderboards, and a personalised schedule. The results included more than 4,000 scans among 200 attendees, an average of 20 connections per attendee, a 95% app adoption rate, and 492,993 points awarded. Nik Talevski said the app improved attendee engagement and that the CrowdComms and Entegy team was very helpful and responsive.
