Shore Events wanted a registration system that worked smoothly with its event app, rather than relying on separate providers for each piece. The company was looking for a way to keep the attendee experience consistent from event open to event close, and CrowdComms offered the registration element within its event app.
CrowdComms implemented an integrated registration setup that matched the event app’s brand guidelines and could also pull in data from Shore Events’ internal registration systems. Shore Events said this made it much easier to do everything in one go, and that CrowdComms had improved the registration side over time by listening to feedback and adding requested features quickly.
