Paddy Power wanted to improve internal communications after finding its channels antiquated, messages inconsistent, and collaboration limited across offices. The company chose CrowdComms’ event app after seeing it used well at a conference, and used it for its bi-annual senior leadership meeting in September 2015.

CrowdComms helped Paddy Power set up a branded event app with attendee photos, profiles, anonymous Q&A, push notifications, and event information across mobile and web. The app helped drive networking, navigation, session booking, and gamification, while saving huge amounts of time in the run-up to events. Adoption reached 81% at the senior leadership meeting, and Paddy Power said CrowdComms’ analytics made it easy to see how people engaged with the event.
