Infor Public Sector User Forum ran Surfing The Digital Break, its forum for Local Government, Water Authorities and other organisations in Australia and New Zealand that use Infor’s Pathway PPR and Hansen Asset Management applications. The event brought together attendees at the QT Hotel on the Gold Coast to hear about new and emerging public sector technologies and changing customer relationships with Infor’s systems.

To support the conference, Infor used a self-build event app with CrowdComms building the app skin. The app provided welcome drinks details, speaker sessions, maps, weather reports, push notifications, polls, and feedback tools, and Michelle Formosa said it was “very easy to use” and that issues were handled quickly by CrowdComms’ project manager Ed; the delegates were impressed and last-minute changes could be updated to keep everyone informed.
