A large pharmaceutical company held its Global Sales Meeting after acquiring a new company, with the goal of bringing both organisations together to network, engage, and understand how the teams could work as one. The event marked the first time attendees had used an app at this kind of meeting within the company, and CrowdComms provided the event app and event app game.
CrowdComms built the app game around 20 challenges, golden challenges, and networking tasks that encouraged attendees to meet one another to collect unique passcodes. The results included 587 of 847 attendees participating in the game, the winner earning 74.7% of available points, and the top 30 contestants completing over 100 challenges each. The app also tracked more than 200,000 page views over 4/5 days, 94% of attendees rated it 4 or 5 stars, and the leaders met over 1,000 attendees between them through the game.
