Australia Post hosted a two-day eCommerce Delivery Conference with information sessions, workshops, and exhibition and networking functions. To support attendee engagement and interaction, it worked with Crowdcomms on an event app.
Crowdcomms provided an app with a live newsfeed, session polls and feedback, and badge scanning with achievements and a leaderboard. The app was well received, with 95% of attendees engaging with it, and attendee-to-attendee interaction averaged 20 connections per person, driven by more than 4,000 scans between 200 attendees.
