Raet, a cloud HR software provider, needed to expand its RH Pro business across Latin America while integrating with Raet’s existing products. The challenge was to deliver a multi-country solution with multi-language support, country-specific configurations, and localization, all while maintaining quality and speeding up testing. Raet partnered with Crowdar to start building test automation quickly for its new regional team.

Crowdar implemented a BDD-based test automation framework using SpecFlow, integrated with Raet’s existing environment and designed for future continuous integration. The solution included a flexible layer for object identification across languages and country setups, nightly automated test runs, and team training. As a result, Raet reduced full regression testing from 3–4 weeks of manual effort to less than 1 hour, with tests running daily and enabling faster delivery of new features.
