Frávega, a leading Argentine home appliance retailer with more than 100 branches and 5,600 employees, was looking to improve the efficiency and quality of its development and testing processes as its e-commerce business grew. To support this professionalization effort, the company engaged Crowdar’s mentoring services to introduce better testing practices and help ensure its systems worked efficiently, correctly, and safely.

Crowdar assigned a Testing coach to assess Frávega’s application development and deployment processes, deliver recommendations, and train the testing and development teams on quality techniques and agile good practices. Over the 3-month engagement, Crowdar supported the implementation of QA processes and product increment delivery, resulting in a more robust and secure system and faster time to market for new point-of-sale features.
