Exisoft, a systems integration and business process development company serving large enterprises in banking and communications, needed to speed up time to market without sacrificing product quality. To address this challenge, Exisoft worked with Crowdar to implement QA practices across projects, including automated testing, stress and performance testing, security testing, and coaching on quality processes.

Crowdar analyzed Exisoft’s existing projects and introduced tailored QA workflows, automating tests, integrating execution into pipelines, generating reports, and setting up automated failure notifications in JIRA. Crowdar also defined manual testing and later automation processes with Lippia, while training teams on BDD and pipeline creation. As a result, Exisoft gained clearer QA responsibilities, stronger quality processes, and the ability to deliver higher-quality outputs at lower cost and faster speed over a 3-month engagement.
