Banco Supervielle, one of Argentina’s largest private banks, needed a scalable test automation solution for its Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment as it moved to agile and DevOps practices. To support more than 2,000 users and avoid disruptions during frequent releases, the bank turned to Crowdar and its open source Lippia.io framework for automated regression testing.

Crowdar implemented Lippia.io with BDD, Jenkins, Docker, Java, Selenium, and Cucumber, while training the CRM QA team in automation practices. The result was a “safety net” of 700+ automated scenarios that reduced regression testing from 2–3 weeks to about 4 hours, enabling Banco Supervielle to deploy CRM updates every two weeks with lower risk and improved team capabilities.
