DHL, the global logistics leader, wanted to find new customers among small local businesses in the Middle East that were active on social media and needed delivery services. To do this, DHL worked with Crowd Analyzer, using its Arabic-focused social media listening and monitoring platform to identify and segment potential leads across markets such as Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the UAE, and Egypt.

Crowd Analyzer helped DHL research common products, keywords, and hashtags used by resellers, then built location-based queries using country code filters to overcome Instagram API changes and improve targeting accuracy. Over 30 days, the campaign delivered segmented leads including 2,160 in Egypt, 420 in Kuwait, 90 in Lebanon, and 163 in the UAE, while also saving time for dozens of employees who had previously handled lead generation manually.
