Cannes Lions, one of the world’s best-known creative industry festivals, needed a way to showcase its online activity, display live analytics to audiences both onsite and online, and highlight speaker impact during the event. To meet these goals, the festival worked with Crowd Analyzer and used its customizable coverage to power an event command center and dashboard experience.

Crowd Analyzer built a tailored command center that aggregated metrics from multiple social platforms and added tracking for speakers’ social accounts. The solution generated 718.9K total interactions, with 631.9K from the main overview, and showed a largely neutral sentiment mix (95.2% neutral, 4.2% positive, 0.6% negative); it also revealed strong Instagram engagement and global buzz led by the United Kingdom, France, and the United States.
