Honu Services, based in Hawai’i, helps small businesses and government agencies streamline operations, and needed a flexible SharePoint-based forms and workflow solution for HR, accounting, and IT processes. After finding Microsoft InfoPath and SharePoint Designer too limited and seeing InfoPath’s end-of-life approaching, Honu evaluated other options and turned to Crow Canyon Software and its NITRO Studio platform.

Crow Canyon Software’s NITRO Studio gave Honu an easy-to-use, low-code way to build and reuse forms and complex workflows across clients in SharePoint and Office 365. The solution included a WYSIWYG forms designer, workflow manager, reporting, email sync, and more, helping Honu replace InfoPath at low cost, save significant time and resources, and quickly onboard new customers. Honu also used Crow Canyon Software’s IT Help Desk application, which helped validate the platform, and its clients reported that the new forms were a great improvement.
