Regus worked with Croud to address a measurement challenge in its lead generation marketing. As third-party cookies were removed from major browsers and consent banners became mandatory, Regus had less visibility into media-led conversions and needed a way to future-proof its marketing measurement while respecting user privacy.
Croud helped Regus develop a Strategic Measurement Roadmap and rapidly test privacy-first tools including Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). With Croud’s guidance and training, Regus improved measurement accuracy, recovered 9% more Search conversions, and reduced effective cost-per-acquisition by 8.3%.
