Temagruppen AB, an architecture and planning firm in Sweden with 160 users and five servers running IBM Notes/IBM Domino, needed to enforce a corporate-standard email signature across all devices, including smartphones using Notes Traveler. After evaluating options and internal development, they selected Crossware Mail Signature to apply signatures on the server rather than on each client.

Crossware Mail Signature was implemented per the vendor’s instructions and supported both server and local signatures, allowing Temagruppen to centrally update directory information (e.g., an office phone change) so it appears on every new email. The solution simplified new-user registration, enabled removal of old signatures, and delivered a consistent, easily maintained corporate signature for all 160 users across the five servers.
