Case Study: ENGIE drives skills development and platform adoption with CrossKnowledge's Learner Marketing

A CrossKnowledge Case Study

Preview of the Engie Case Study

Using Learner Marketing to Put Learners at the Heart of L&D

Engie, a global energy-transition group, faced low engagement with its previous e-learning platform and needed to scale up training, customize learning formats, and build a stronger learning culture. Engie partnered with CrossKnowledge, using its blended learning solutions and Learning Suite to redesign the digital experience and launch a new platform, U.learn, aimed at putting learners at the center of L&D.

CrossKnowledge implemented a learner-marketing approach and personalized, skills-focused content on U.learn—engaging users before launch, improving UX with predictive learning, and actively promoting the platform. As a result, CrossKnowledge helped optimize early adoption across Engie’s 30,000 managers, broaden training opportunities, and boost learner engagement, supporting Engie’s wider talent and transition goals.
